July- August Classes with Ending Summer party - Flamenco/Caribbean night with our guest - Actor and film producer Winston George Ellis, born in the Uk of Carribean family, known for his work on The Dark Knight (2008), Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007) and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006). Three time Thai Boxing World Champion but also incredible chef of Carribean Cuisine as specially Jerk Chicken and Curry Goat, which we will have the oportunity to taste on our Summer ending party in Malahide.
Monday 17th of July 2017 - Seafood night & bubbles - Amazing food, prepared in front of your eyes in an incredible atmosphere, surrounded by fantastic people, music and of course unlimited prosecco!
Monday 24th of July - Fine dining at home - Why not recreate a fine dining experience at home... surprise him or her with your ability to plate a sophisticated dinner after only one class.. Selection of prime beef, game birds, shellfish and some of the more impressive cuts of other delicious beasts, then give them the royal treatment. A pinch of saffron or slice of truffle can make a big difference.
Monday 7th of August – Dance & Grill night with our guest Italian Chef ( I cant tell the name of our surprise Chef just yet, but trust me, he is the one you dont want to miss ! .... this night is a super surprise but definitely one to rememeber! Bbq lobsters & Tomahawk Steaks! Your Surf & Turf will NEVER get better

Monday 21th of August – Thai & Asian – come & learn to cook the classic Thai and Asian dishes including sauces, dumplings, curries, pastes & fabulous Asian soups - One of my favorite class to teach as the memories of travelling around Asia are coming back! When i was learning the original flavours and textures from the best- In Bali, Thailand, China,Taiwan , Malasia & Vietnam. This is one of the most popular classes!
